Why

Numeric kind values are compiler-specific; suffix the literal with a named kind (1.0_rk).

Preferred

x = 1.0_rk

Suppressing

For one occurrence, with the reason on the same line (or alone on the line before the statement):

For the whole project, ignore = PRT012 in the fobos [lint] section.
