review command

Report the lint findings on the changed lines only: staged, since a base, or uncommitted.

Arguments: PATHS...

--fci			Assume fobos inputs as case insensitive
--mode	TEXT		Select a mode defined into a fobos file
--src, -s	TEXT		Root-directory of source files [default: ./]
--base	TEXT		Review the commits since the merge base with this reference (e.g. origin/master).
--staged			Review the staged change (pre-commit hook).
--worktree			With --base: review up to the working tree (uncommitted changes included).
--context	INTEGER	0	Also report findings this many lines away from a changed line.
--select	TEXT		Rule ids or prefixes to run (repeatable, comma-separated; 'ALL').
--ignore	TEXT		Rule ids or prefixes to skip (repeatable, comma-separated).
--format	TEXT	text	Output format: text, markdown (pull-request comment), json, sarif, github.
--compiler-feedback	TEXT		Build log with compiler optimisation reports (see fobis lint).
--deep			Add an LLM risk summary of the change, with citations (text, markdown, json).
--deep-context			Print what the model would receive for --deep, run no model.
--exit-zero			Exit 0 even when findings are reported.
--varset	TEXT		Apply [varset:NAME] bindings.
