matrix command

Build, test and (with --verify) run the cases of every fobos mode rebuilt as each shadow, in the environment of its [verification] setup line.

All options

Option	Value	Default	Description
--fobos, -f	TEXT		Specify a "fobos" file named differently from "fobos"
--fci			Assume fobos inputs as case insensitive
--modes	TEXT		Comma-separated fobos modes [default: every mode].
--shadows	TEXT	none,checks	Comma-separated shadows: none (the mode's own flags), checks, sanitize, strict.
--compilers	TEXT		Keep the modes whose compiler (or family: gnu, intel, nvfortran) is listed.
--verify			Also run the declared cases: references and cross-cell agreement.
--recheck			Run failed tests and cases of a cell again under the checks shadow.
--no-tests			Do not run the test programs.
--json			Emit structured JSON to stdout instead of human-readable output (useful for scripting / agents)
